Connie began her work in 2003 for the Minnetonka Yacht Club. That work has grown into Catering and Chef Services for many clients throughout the Twin Cities. Events occur at the client's home, their business location, or at many event venues such as the Southshore Center in Shorewood, MN and Centennial Lakes, Edina, MN; various events centers in the Twin Cities, and on client sites in Arizona, South Dakota, London, and southern France. She is well-known in the Minnetonka, Deephaven, Wayzata, Excelsior, Plymouth, Golden Valley, Hopkins, Edina, Minneapolis, and Eden Prairie areas.
We have the skills and equipment to grill or barbeque on-site as well.

In 2010 and 2013, Connie completed a courses at the Cordon Bleu in Paris and London. They were a wonderful opportunity to study both the cuisine and the teaching style of some of the best chefs in the world. She travels to Provence each year to add to her repetoire of Mediterranean cuisine.
